In order to further standardize the geological exploration market, maintain the order of the geological exploration market, improve the efficiency of geological exploration, ensure the quality of geological exploration, and promote the healthy development of geological exploration, the geological exploration units engaged in solid mineral exploration in our region must meet the following requirements:
（1） Geological exploration units engaged in commercial geological and mineral exploration activities in our region must register with the Department of land and resources of the autonomous region for the record.
（2） Geological exploration units with class a solid mineral exploration qualification outside the area can carry out exploration work in our area, but the professional technical personnel and exploration equipment provided for the exploration project must meet the needs of the exploration project work, and the number of entrusted exploration projects shall not exceed 10 in principle; geological exploration units with class B or below solid mineral exploration qualification outside the area and class C qualification inside the area shall not Able to undertake entrusted exploration work in our district.
No more than 10 entrusted exploration projects shall be undertaken by a geological exploration unit with class B qualification for solid mineral exploration in the area, and no entrusted exploration business shall be engaged in if the unit holds the exploration right.
Units without qualification for geological exploration shall not directly engage in geological exploration.
(3) geological exploration units shall sign exploration contracts according to law. During the period of validity of the exploration license, the exploration right holder and the exploration unit must conscientiously perform the matters stipulated in the contract. Except for force majeure, the exploration unit shall not be changed in the middle of the period. It is prohibited to sign only the contract and the exploration construction shall be carried out by the exploration right holder on his own.
（4） It is strictly prohibited to falsify or forge geological data in geological exploration activities; to subcontract the geological exploration projects undertaken by them; and to allow other units to engage in geological exploration activities in the name of their own units.
For those who violate the provisions of (3) and (4) above, they will put forward to the qualification examination and approval department the requirements of reducing the qualification level and the qualification category, and at the same time, they will make the treatment that they are not allowed to continue to engage in geological exploration business in the area.
